All of us have a story to tell; journeys we’ve travelled and paths that have yet to be taken. Sometimes our journeys don’t turn out how we’d hoped or expected. I’m ready to listen to your story.
I firmly believe that the relationship between the Client and the Counsellor plays an important role in a person’s restoration. I offer a safe (and confidential) place to revisit painful memories and to explore difficult emotions, without any judgement or prejudice.
I can be there to help you find paths towards acceptance, peace and better self-knowledge. Together, we can discover the better version of yourself, free from the chains of the past.
I’m a qualified Counsellor based in South East Essex with over 5 years’ experience, using person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. I’m a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists).
Over the years, I’ve had counselling too. It helped me realise I had a voice and that I had value. Counselling helped me to understand myself better and see my relationships from new perspectives. Having counselling taught me that I was not alone, and it gave me tools to help me handle tough situations and to manage challenging relationships in my life.
